Junior Counselor Program
The Junior Counselor program at Appalachian Christian Camp is a great way for older students to serve the younger students in the camp program. This gives the Junior Counselor an opportunity to develop Christian mentoring skills. This also allows Program Directors to augment their staff with wonderful young people who wish to serve others. How to Apply for a Camp Scholarship
Please contact the camp and request a Camp Scholarship Form. You can call us at (423) 743-3910 or email us. This form must be completed and signed by a Parent/Guardian and then mailed, emailed, or faxed to the camp office.

How Assistance Funds Are Distributed
We do our very best to award scholarships to every student who applies. We are very blessed to have people support this effort by making donations to the scholarship fund. If funds are available and we recognize the need, the scholarship is awarded. If funds are not available, we as the camp staff and Board of Directors will do everything we can to raise the funds.

We are a non-profit ministry. Our fees are based on actual costs. We are able to offer our sessions at a price far below the actual cost thanks to the blessings God has provided through the generous support of churches and individuals.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due with your registration for all camps except Day Camps, Pee Wee, and Pathway. The full tuition amount will be due for these camps with your registration. Any amount paid over $100 can be refunded if the registration is cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to the start of that camp session.
If Camp ACC needs to cancel a camp session for any reason, a full refund will be given including any deposits paid. You may alternatively elect to transfer any amount paid to other eligble sessions.

Please help us keep the cost of camp as low as possible by providing a parent email on your registration form. By doing so, you will be agreeing to receive all confirmation materials via email. The only other thing you'll need to do is make sure all emails from campacc.com will pass through any filtering set up for the email address you provide. Thanks for your help.
